By using ThreadOS you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. The Service

ThreadOS is an AI-powered content creation and scheduling platform for Threads, LinkedIn, and X. We provide tools to generate, score, schedule, and publish social media content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ThreadOS. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ThreadOS to:

• Generate or publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates Meta's or any other platform's community standards.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other people.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the platform in any way that damages, disables, or impairs our service.

5. Threads / Meta Platform Rules

By connecting your Threads account, you agree to comply with Meta's Threads Terms of Use and the Meta Platform Terms. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through our platform.

6. AI-Generated Content

ThreadOS uses AI to generate content suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, suitability, or performance of generated content.

7. Subscription and Billing

• ThreadOS offers a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at the rate shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Credits

Certain features consume credits. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period.

9. Intellectual Property

You own the content you create and publish through ThreadOS. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely to operate the service. We own the ThreadOS platform, brand, and all underlying software.

10. Disclaimers

ThreadOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will perform as expected on social media platforms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThreadOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ThreadOS is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
